Business Strategy
Revenues from the address book service will be generated by charging
a combination of monthly subscription and metered access fees. Other sources
of revenue include transaction share arrangements and usage fees for integration
into address book services. Advertising on the web access site will also
provide a modest stream of revenue.
The companys sales strategy is to create distribution partnerships
with wireless infrastructure providers, leveraging those companies
deep sales and support relationships with wireless carriers. Channel relationships
with portal providers are also planned.
