New Management Team to Pioneer Personal Communications Gateway Technology

CARLSBAD, CA, NDA 99 NOVEMBER 1, 1999 – Contact Networks, Inc. (www.contact.com), formerly NetinTouch Corporation, today announced it will change the way people use the Internet and wireless communication devices to create and manage their personal network of contacts. The company's first product is in private beta and will be publicly available in early 2000.

Contact Networks has developed Internet-enabled personal communications technology to place rich and dynamic contact information at the center of all communication. The company's technology will integrate seamlessly with all major applications and devices, work across multiple computer and communications platforms, and provide access to a variety of Internet-based services for better interaction with personal and professional contacts.

To bring to market products that strengthen and enrich personal communications, Contact Networks appointed key management with decades of combined experience in Internet and consumer technology: Andy Halliday, CEO/president, has more than 15 years of leadership experience, serving most recently as vice president and general manager of Excite@Home E-Commerce Group. Adam Hertz, senior vice president of product development, was formerly vice president of engineering for Excite and held several senior management positions in commerce and international development. Omer Malchin, vice president of marketing, comes to Contact Networks from NetFlix.com, a leader in DVD entertainment, and has built several category-leading brands, including Baileys Original Irish Cream and Pete's Wicked Ale.
