Accel Partners, Polaris Venture Partners Invest $10 Million in NetinTouch
Mitch Kapor, Tom Herring Join Board of Internet Startup

REDWOOD SHORES, CA, JULY 19, 1999 – NetinTouch, Inc. announced today it has completed a financing round of $10 million invested equally by Accel Partners and Polaris Venture Partners, two of the leading firms focused on Internet startup investments. Mitch Kapor, Accel partner, and Tom Herring, Polaris Venture partner, will serve as active board members. Both are technology industry pioneers.
